Praise Pictures is an independently owned and operated motion-picture and distribution company.

The company develops, produces, and distributes innovative feature films and documentaries. Praise Pictures is actively involved in the filmmaking industry, specifically the independent Christian film market.

Our mission is God’s mission; and that mission is the GREAT commission.

 Matthew 28:16-20 - Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go. When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted. Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."

We see it as our duty is to spread God's word to as many people as possible. So at Praise Pictures we've made it our motto to make Life Changing, Engaging, Impacting, Soul Winning, Christian Edifying, and God Glorifying films for His purpose.

Kyle Prohaska, CEO/President

As President and CEO of Praise Pictures Inc., Kyle Prohaska is responsible for the day to day operations of the company. Ironically (although not uncommon in the independent world) Kyle runs the entire company, it’s operations, marketing and distribution, etc. alone from the companies home base in Ransomville, NY (a tiny hamlet north of Buffalo & Niagara Falls).

Since 2006, Kyle has used his producing, graphics, web, and internet marketing skills to work with a multitude of different companies and filmmakers including Rich Christiano (Unidentified, Time Changer, The Secrets of Jonathan Sperry), Coram Deo Studios (No Greater Love), David Evans (The Grace Card), John Moore (The Widow’s Might, Ace Wonder), and many others.

In early 2009, Kyle started ChristianFilmTrailers.com, a promo/trailer website specifically for the faith-based Christian market. For a small fee, filmmakers can get their trailer in front of an audience they wouldn’t on their own. The goal in the next 2 years is to make ChristianFilmTrailers.com the “Apple Trailers” of the Christian film world.

With the creation of Praise Pictures first feature film Standing Firm (On DVD August 24th, 2010), Kyle hopes to take the company to new heights in the coming years and become a driving force in the Christian filmmaking industry.
